The issue has been resolved since my last post, the Composer 450 was disassembled again and the encoder ring was more thoroughly cleaned and it resolved the issue I described above.
Best,
Ryan
Hello Ryan @rybai_alertgy ,
Thank you very much for keeping us informed.
I am glad to see that you managed to fix the problem before I was even aware of it 😉
The encoder is a very 'delicate' part indeed.
Please let me know if I can do anything else for you
Best regards,
Louis
@louis Hello Louis, I do hope that you are keeping well. I was just wondering would it also be possible to obtain the manual on how to successfully and safely remove the screw.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Andrew
@louis Hallo Louis,
could we please have the manual for the screw removal as well? A thorough cleaning besides Devoclean is needed for our screw.
With kind regards,
Roxane
