End of life notice: Airid Polymer Dryer

The 3devo team shares the bittersweet news of discontinuing the Airid Polymer Dryer, a product that has played a significant role in our journey.

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that we will be discontinuing the production of the Airid Polymer Dryer. This decision was made after careful consideration of our new business strategy. The Airid Polymer Dryer does not currently have a successor.

Last order date

Please note that end of life for the Airid Polymer Dryer is February 1^st, 2024. After this date, the product ‘service period’ starts. If you would still wish to purchase the Airid Polymer Dryer, we encourage you to place your orders before this date, as stock is limited.

Service period

We are proud of the quality and performance of our Airid Polymer Dryer, and we appreciate the support and loyalty of our customers. During the service period we will continue to provide technical support and maintenance services for the Airid Polymer Dryer. The service period is 2 years after the end of life, complying with our extended warranty period and product lifetime expectancy.

The service period covers:

• Customer service will answer questions and help with troubleshooting.
• Spare parts. Spare parts for maintenance and repairs will be available.
• Critical bug fixes and (security) patches will be provided.

End of service

The end of service date is February 1^st, 2026.

After the end of service date, spare parts availability may be limited, but we continue to support your machine with effort wherever possible and with increased response times.

We understand that this news may come as a disappointment to some of our customers, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We would like to thank you for your trust in our products and services, and we hope to continue serving you with our remaining and future products.
