The 3devo team shares that the previous generation of our shredder is reaching end of service. The GP15 Shr3d it, released in 2015, will hit end of service in September 2024.
Dear valued customers,
We would like to inform you that we will be discontinuing the service of the ‘GP15 Shr3d it’ machine. The machine is succeeded by the actively produced and supported GP20 Shredder Hybrid.
Last order date
Please note that last order for the ‘GP15 Shr3d it’, was completed on September 1st, 2021. After this date, all ‘GP15 Shr3d it’ products in market enrolled in the ‘service period’ of a minimum of two years.
Service period
We are pleased by the quality and performance of our ‘GP15 Shr3d it’, and we appreciate the support and loyalty of our customers. During the service period we will continue to provide technical support and maintenance services for the ‘GP15 Shr3d it’.
We have decided to service the machine for 3 years after the last order date, complying with our extended warranty period and product lifetime expectancy.
The service period covers:
- Customer service will answer questions and help with troubleshooting.
- Spare parts. Spare parts for maintenance and repairs will be available.
- Critical bug fixes and (security) patches will be provided.
End of service
The end of service date is September 1st, 2024.
After the end of service date, spare parts availability may be limited, but we continue to support your machine with effort wherever possible and with increased response times.
We anticipate the machines currently installed in the field to last for many years and we welcome anyone in search of a successor to reach out to us about the GP20 Shredder Hybrid. We thank you for your trust in our products and services, and we hope to continue serving you with our remaining and future products.
