ER04 - Temperatures reached without active extrusion.

This error message prevents polymer degradation inside the machine, follow the steps below to prevent automated shutdown.

When starting the initial extrusion phase on the Filament Maker TWO, it is important to start the screw timely to prevent degradation of the polymer within the machine.

  1. Go to the speed settings and set the desired screw RPM
  2. When the temperatures have reached the setpoint, press play
  3. The machine will start extrusion, preventing the automated shutdown.

Note: The 5 minute delay allows all maintenance procedures required without automatic shutdown. Ensure to always work safely and turn the machine off when performing maintenance and repair procedures.
