ER24 - Safe mode
Safe mode is the machine's essential safety lock. It is designed to protect all hardware and components from damage if the system detects a serious problem, known as a critical error. the machine will stop all operations and automatically switch to Safe Mode.
The machine has entered "Safe mode" to protect itself from potential damage. Safe mode is automatically activated when a critical component encounters a failure—such as a thermocouple or heater malfunction, a major sensor issue, or a significant software error.
What to do when Safe mode appears?
The only way to leave Safe mode is to fix the underlying issue that caused it:

Read the Error Message: When the machine enters Safe mode, it will show a clear error message or code on the screen. This is your most important piece of information.

Fix the Problem: You must resolve the root cause of the error before you can safely return to normal operation.

Use the error code to look up the solution in your online support guides.

If you cannot fix the error, contact 3devo Technical Support right away. Provide them with the exact error code
you see.

Warning!
Do not try to run the machine outside of Safe mode until the error is resolved. The machine is protecting itself, and trying to force it to run could cause severe damage.
Tip
If you can’t fix the error, please send us the File Log.
