The File Logs

This feature is like a black box recorder for your machine. It helps us find out exactly what went wrong if there is a big problem.

How It Works ?

Your machine always keeps notes (logs) of what it’s doing, but normally it deletes them quickly to save memory. With Automatic Save, if the machine has a critical error or you perform a software update, it instantly saves all these notes to its memory. This includes the logs from before the problem happened and after it occurs, all the way until the power is turned off.

How to Get the Notes (Logs) ?

If you need to send these notes to support, follow these steps:

  1. Get a USB stick (flash drive).

  2. On the USB stick, make a folder and name it "logs" (all small letters).

  3. Plug the USB stick into the machine and wait for few minutes

  4. The machine will see the "logs" folder and automatically copy all the saved notes onto your USB stick.

Summary

The Automatic Log Saving feature ensures that if a severe problem or update happens, all the machine's internal notes (logs) are automatically saved. You can easily get these notes by inserting a USB drive with a folder named "logs" so that technicians can quickly figure out and fix the issue.
