Introduction
It is important to maintain the cleanliness of the GP20 Hybrid to ensure seamless operation and to avoid material contamination. Below are three different cleaning procedures that can be carried out with decreasing frequency.
- Regular Cleaning for GP20 Hybrid
Carry out if there is suspected build up, or switching from one material to another. - Shredder Deep Cleaning
Carry out if there is evidence of cross contamination. - Granulator Deep Cleaning
Carry out if there is evidence of cross contamination.

Regular Cleaning for GP20 Hybrid
This is the recommended regular cleaning to be carried after each operation to ensure there is no material build-up or cross contamination. This guide includes both the Shredder and Granulator unit, and takes less than 30 minutes.
Shredder Deep Cleaning
This is the recommended deep cleaning for the Shredder module. It is advised to carry out a deep cleaning when switching between different processing materials to avoid any risk of cross contamination.
This is a supplementary document intended to be used together with the Regular Cleaning Procedure.
Granulator Deep Cleaning
This is the recommended deep cleaning for the Granulator module. This procedure is optional and can be done if there is reason to believe the processing material is contaminated from previous residues.
